Cellular phone service - ZTE ZMAX2 pro


Purchased 2 ZTE ZMAX2 PRO phones on 1/26/17, was assured we would have excellent service after providing address, even explained this to the store about out mailing address is different than the city and zip code we live in. I have had no service, no access to data, or anything else on my phone without my phone being on speaker sitting at my kitchen table w/out touching my phone. I have returned to the store to speak to the general mgr twice and he will not return my calls. I have spoken w/ numerous people are c/s, and supervisors who promised to handle this situation and haven't. I been lied to, from the beginning and want to get my money back and unlock my phone to go else where but continue to get the runaround. Any suggestions would be great!!!!!;
